I had a wonderful time exploring the city, as the hotel is situated in the heart of Padang, making it easy to visit the nearby Padang Beach, which is just a short walk away, and also the Adityawarman Museum, which I found fascinating and only a bit over 2 kilometers away. the reception staff were incredibly friendly and even helped me get an early check-in after my long journey, making my stay so much more enjoyable.

The room was really nice and clean.

The service was abysmal, with untrained staff causing delays and a lack of professionalism. I experienced poor communication during dining and felt ignored after requesting assistance, leading to a frustrating stay. Additionally, the breakfast lacked quality, with insufficient options that didn't meet expectations.

the dining experience was tragically lacking, like waiting almost 2 hours for a rubber steak. the gym equipment was out of order and who could enjoy a workout with that? I was expecting a room upgrade as a simple gesture of goodwill, but of course, that didn't happen. I almost thought I'd give a good review but just couldn't.

I had an amazing stay in a Beautiful King Room with Ocean View! The comfy bed made it perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. The breakfast selection was good, with fresh fruits and delicious pastries that fueled our adventures each morning.

Had an awesome time in the spacious room with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. The private bathroom was cool too! The pool was perfect for chilling after a long day. Plus, the spa offered great massages and yoga classes which I loved! Definitely felt relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay!
